A day in the life of...
Achieve sales target though effectively implement channel activities and events, effective market visits, ensure sales performance. Maintain customer relationship, improve customer service level.
1. Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (NPS, RIG, TS, distribution, call coverage/frequency, merchandising) for the assigned territory or channels or combination
2. Implement Field Sales Plan for the assigned territory
3. Develop and execute the category channel plan for the assigned category or channel or combination in line with business requirements
4. Support in identification of customer Insight/actionable idea and develop execution
What will make you successful
1. Fresh Graduates with bachelor‘s degree or above
2. Strong interest and enthusiasm in FMCG or Food industry;
3. Fluent English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
4. Willing to start from the day-to-day work, be able to learn and adapt quickly, and challenge themselves;
5. Rapid learning ability and teamwork spirit; Effectively get things done with and through different types of people
6. Be proactive, result-oriented, good at dealing with stress;
7. Blazing curiosity, willingness to accept new challenges strong leadership skills
8. Pursue a long-term career development in Nestlé and can work in different cities and regions according to the company‘s assignment.
