Purpose of the Job and Objectives:
· To maintain customer relationship with major existing accounts. Ensure to meet revenue and profit target of existing account. Development of new business initiatives and business growth in existing account. Ensure contract renewal.
Main Duties, Responsibilities and Deliverables:
· To promote outsourcing CRM services and to meet agreed revenue targets
· To maintain customer contact records and sales process status
· To provide feedback to Operations in order to develop and enhance suitable service packages
· To project manage the specification and provision of customized service to existing customers
· To prospect for new business opportunities and develop business for major existing customers within PRC
· To prepare bids, presentations and proposals to new initiatives for existing customers, and to coordinate internal efforts in achieving professional representation of the Company to customers
· To prepare and manage account development plans for individual customers
· To identify and develop new services and products in CRM services
· To ensure up to date competitors and competitive market information is maintained
Experience and Qualifications :
· A University Degree holder or equivalent with 3-5 years of working experience
· A successful track record in a sales or customer development environment
· Experience in handling large MNC enterprise is a advantage
· Experience in BPO or other outsource service industry is a advantage
· Hands-on experience in PC software applications and tools
· Good command of English and Chinese
