Main Responsibility:
1.Data management for ERP setup
2.Technical support to maintenance teams
3.Management and continuous improvement of the Maintenance & Reliability
4.Ensure Reliability, Availability, Output and Quality targets are met (OEE)
5.Implement improvements to existing equipment
Qualification:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
2.English level: good English in reading and writing
3.Familiar with Auto-CAD, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
4.At least 5 years working experience in maintenance or equipment engineering in manufacturing companies
5.Knowledge about system integration, control system, instrumentation, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, mechanical components
6.Skills in planning, organizing, and scheduling work
7.Logical thinking, problem solving skills, team working skills, and hands-on
8.Know-how on continuous improvement
9. Good communication and team management skill
