you will:
? be part of the agile development team of an innovative, digital product in a rough and challenging environment (heavy industry),
? build up a 1st level support contact for technical queries, problems, incidents, questions and requests for our application (no call center atmosphere!),
? be challenged by spontaneous and new requests, using your troubleshooting skills to react, review and advise on technical matters and translate problems to the development team.
? be part of a highly motivated, diverse team.
? travel to europe for the first 6 months after joining as training
任职要求:
1) data science (phyton is a must, ms azure machine learning services is a benefit)
2) computer vision (expertise in stereo matching)
3) software developers (front end programmers, ux/ui experts etc).
? have a technical education and first experience in the field of technical support, development or similar,
? are experienced with unix / linux administration and are feeling comfortable using monitoring tools and analyzing log files to investigate customer inquiries or issues that we experience in our production environments,
? have excellent analyzing and troubleshooting skills,
? have high communication skills and are used to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment,
? network administration knowledge and computer vision skills are a plus.
