1. work with team to achieve hrs targets through daily operation.
2. take in charge of multiple sites’ payroll and benefis in china mainland, inlcuding but not limited to monthly end-to-end payroll processing, social insurance/public housing fund enrollment, individual income tax submission, pay proposal, certificate etc.
3. ensure high accuracy of payroll result and on time delivery.
4. responsible for payroll reports preparation and data analysis when needed.
5. providing resolution of employees’ queries via hr case system in a timely manner.
6. interact with hrbps, employees and managers to resolve the query and provide timely, high quality hrs support.
7. collaborate and cooperate with other hrs work streams to ensure the smooth hrs operations in the target countries within scope.
8. escalate the services requests beyond hrs scope and sop to the next level.

specialized knowledge:
a. education: bachelor degree;
b. computer skill: familiar with word, excel, outlook, powerpoint, etc;
c. work experience: 2 years above working experience in relative payroll job;
d. strong logical thinking capability, data sensitive;
e. conscientious, patient, good in communication and can work under pressure and time constraints;
f. good in english, reading and writing;
g. customer oriented, attention to details;
h. be good at time & priority management;
i.good learning agility.
