???Theroleisaclientfacingrolemanagingourhighestvalueclientswhereprofessionalism,clientfocusandabroadunderstandingofthefundamentalsoffinancialplanningarecriticaltothesuccessofthebusiness.Theroleholderhasaresponsibilitytoacquire,developandretainrelationshipswithPremierclients,workingwiththebroaderbranchanddirectteamstoensureachievementofthebusinessperformancemeasuresandplan(asdefinedbyRBWM).
ThiswillbeachievedbyactivemanagementofaportfolioofPremierclients,acquiringnewHSBCclientsandupgradingexistingclientsthroughbecomingthetrustedadvisortothem.Itwillalsoentailreviewingtheportfolioregularlytoensurethesolutionsarestillsuitabletomeetclients‘needsandembedclientloyaltybymeetingtheirneedseitherdirectlyorthroughotherinternalbusinesspartners.
Inordertodeliverthebusinessobjectivesyouwillneedtorefernon-qualifiedbusinesstoappropriatepartiesfollowingpropositionprotocolandattractbusinesswithnewclientsbyunderstandingtheirfinancialneedsanddeliveringhighstandardsofservicequality.Theidentificationofopportunitiesforwealthreviewsanddeliveringwealthsolutionsasanadviserareamongstthekeyactivitiestoachieveyourgoals.
